I know that God has promised us that He would not flood the entire earth again but you know when it rains for a week + it kind of makes you wonder.

Have you ever been in a spot where you find yourself questioning God?  Sometimes I do and people ask me how can you question God when you are a minister?  When you are a Christian?  If I am being completely honest there are times when I question God because I do not understand and in those moments it is when I ask God to help my unbelief or to help me understand what He is doing in my life.  These are moments that are called Proving ground.

You may in a situation like that today, you may be going through a tough spot at work, at home, in your marriage or even with your kids:  This is your proving ground.  You may not understand what is taking place, you may not have all the answers and it is ok.  God does.  His ways are not our ways but it is in these times of uncertainty and even doubt that God shows Himself strong.  Think of it like this if you never had a problem then how would you know that God is capable and able to solve them?

Today has been one of my proving grounds and it has brought me closer to God today.  It is ok to ask questions it is in doing so that we learn to develop our faith and reliance upon God.  Go ahead ask questions, search God out and He will be found of you.

Take heart for as long as you stand on the Word of God YOU NEVER STAND ALONE.
