You know when you are on vacation time seems to go by awfully fast.  In just over a week I will be off my break and then things will return to the same routine, day in and day out.  It seems like we are robots at times, we get up at a certain time, eat at a certain time.  I am almost afraid to steer off course even a bit because my whole day would be messed up.

The kids were all over earlier and they brought us the movie, "The blind side" it was good and I am going to watch it again later with my wife.  It was one of those movies that you can watch at least twice.

It is another hot day so I did not get much done today, no surprise there though !  I did find out that our car needs new tire joints??  Not a good thing to be driving in case one of them break it would be bad news.  So for now the car is also taking a break until we get her fixed.

Earlier my daughter was telling the other kids that I was HER daddy.  It made me think I wounder if God cries out, that is MY SON when talking about us to the Angels!  Or how many times do we tell others when speaking of God, That's MY DADDY !  We should have the same kind of child like faith that our children have.  When my kids have a problem it does not matter what it is they know that if they take it to me or their mother we will fix it and get it done.  That is the way we should be when approaching God.  We should know that God gets it done.

God controls the time and the seasons and one day we will stand before Him and I look forward to that day that I finally can see Him face to face.  What a day that will be until then I will proclaim loudly, That's MY DADDY.
