I had a great week.  Life is good in the House of Wilson.  I have so much to be thankful, great family, friends and life is good.

I was asked to perform at Church the other day to which I did, I sang "I Can Only Imagine" it was a beautiful experience and was well received.  One thing for sure I realized is that my voice has changed from earlier years.  I just am not as young as I use to be !!

Meanwhile I have been working on a new song that Susan Boyle brought into the lime light from the incredible production of,  
Les Miserables   "I Dreamed a Dream"  and even though this is my first try at this song, I again realized that my voice has changed.    I can remember when I was younger that I had dreams of music, acting, theater, etc... but as life happens you realize that sometimes those dreams change.  Especially once life happens.  Even though those dreams never came to pass God has placed a new Dream in my heart.  He replaced those silly ideas of thinking that importance is based on what you did or celebrity.  Instead He replaced that with knowing my value is found in Him and not in what I do but what He has already done for me.  The price He has paid.

Today as we were driving to Sam's club with my mother in law, my younger daughter was singing in the back seat who knows maybe she will be able to live the dream that I was not able to obtain.  Adam even was singing, who knows they may actually see the dreams that I had come to pass.  Wouldn't that be something.  Even if they never choose music as their career or dream we will support them in whatever they decide to do. 

God is awesome for giving us a new dream and a new direction in our lives.
