I have to say that I have the best family in the world.  We were invited to an incredible Grilling outdoor experience and swimming with the kids.

We had Kansas City Strips and they were Delicious and I also found a new way to make Zuccini.  I am a major Zuccini lover and the meal was perfect.  Steaks, Zuccini, Cole Slaw, Fresh Garden Beans and Potato and it was YUM !

The kids played in the pool for quite some time and I was not about to get wet and then I gave in and am glad that I did, it was relaxing and a great experience.

You know life is not meant to be huddled down with burdens and despair all the time.  Sometimes you have to get with the people that you love and enjoy yourself.  God tells us that we should do the same with other believers as well.  He does not want us to forsake the assembly of ourselves together.  There is a reason why He tells us that we should do that.  When we get together there is refreshing, relaxation and a good time.  You leave your burdens at the door and fellowship.  God tells us to take on His Yoke for it is light and easy and to leave our cares on Him and He will carry them to the cross.

My wife was the smart one today, she covered herself with Sunblock and was ok.  I got a little red, ok, I got a lot red,  but had an awesome time.

The kids already have started asking when can we go back, please daddy.  LOL

For a special treat tonight I made Spinach and Cheese Pinwheels from a recipe I saw Paula Dean make on Television.  Why is it that the recipes on TV never turn out that way at home, at least these didn't.  I know everyone has said that they were good but I am beginning to think that they just said that to humor me.  Adam took a bite and spit it out and said, Yuck.
