I know you have seen those commercials where they offer a new product called Full Bar.  The concept is that if you take this bar much like a granola bar that you will be full and eat less.  Let me tell you something about this full bar.  I tried one, I love them and eat them all the time.  I have not seen any difference in weight loss or my eating habits actually I am snacking much more because I think I am addicted to this product.  It taste like a Rice Crispie treat with cocoa.

It reminds me that in scripture it tells us to keep our minds on things above and that are godly and not of this world.  Sometimes we get caught up in the world or the worlds system of doing things because our intentions when we start may have been right but we find out that it has little or no effect at all.  The only thing that matters is what we do for Christ.

Last night was a great night.  We went to my wives 20 year High School Reunion.  People were walking up to me that I did not know and saying things like man you have not changed at all in all these years and then they would try to get out of me who I was.  I realized quickly that although I knew no one in this class neither did any of the people attending their 20 year reunion because it had been so long, LOL

We still had a great time getting to meet some of Annettes old friends and meetign and making new ones.  Life is good in the House of Wilson.

Can you believe I just downed another full bar.
